Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is an annual observance on November 20 that honors the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence that year.
Join us to remember victims of transphobic violence over the last year at a candlelight vigil in their honor.
We are pleased to be joined by Rev. Rich Hendricks of Metropolitan Community Church of the Quad Cities (MCCQC) and Rev. Jay Wolin of Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Quad Cities (UUCQC) to remember those who have lost their lives and join together as a community to effect change.
Members of the community will read the names of those we have lost.
